The failure of your internet connection and the associated neutralization of your DynAccess account is a situation that should be avoided. To keep you informed about the status of your account at all times, we offer email and SMS notifications.

Email Notification
When your DynAccess account is neutralized, you can be notified by email. Two options are available:
| Standard notification: |
You receive a notification at the email address you provided during registration. You can choose whether to be informed about every IP change or only about outages. |
| Status messages: |
You define additional email addresses to which we send short status messages when we neutralize or reactivate your account. This can also be your mobile phone if it is reachable by email. |
SMS Notification
SMS notification offers advanced configuration options to receive targeted information about serious problems at specific times.
Configuration Options
| Outage duration: |
Define a time period after which you want to be notified. Example: With 5 minutes, you will not receive an SMS if we can reactivate your account within 5 minutes. |
| Time of day: |
Define a time frame during which you want to be notified by SMS. Example: With 06:00 to 18:00, you will receive an SMS at 06:00 in the morning if your account has been down longer than the defined outage duration at that time. |
| Reactivation: |
Optionally, we notify you by SMS when your account has been reactivated – including the determined outage duration in minutes. |
SMS Billing
We offer our SMS notification at 19 euro cents/SMS – worldwide, regardless of destination. Billing is handled conveniently without an SMS credit account: We reduce the remaining term of your DynAccess account by the corresponding value.

Conclusion
Your account is monitored – we keep you informed! If you, as a system integrator or reseller, provide the DynAccess service to your customer, you can receive notifications and get the fault message. Even before your customer notices, you can react and take action.
